All County, All Conference, All Regional and possibly All State Football Players 2013

All County

 

WR — Bryan Carpenter, Sr., Lumberton: When targeted, Carpenter hauled in everything thrown his way and was Lumberton’s leader in catches, yards and receiving touchdowns.





 LB — Demetri Sheridan, Sr., Lumberton: Among the state leaders in total tackles, both solo and unassisted, Sheridan was the glue that kept the Pirates together on defense.

  


RB — Josh Sheridan, Jr., Lumberton: When healthy, Sheridan was the Pirates’ best player on offense and averaged 6.8 yards per carry.















DB — Travis Suggs, Jr., Lumberton: Suggs’ interception return for a touchdown at Swett sealed the Pirates’ second straight win in the Backyard Brawl rivalry series. He picked off a team-leading four passes despite missing seven games due to injury.

All is state is currently voting but Demetri Sheridan is nominated and possibly will be chosen. Shout-out to all these outstanding athletes for there success this past season
